REAL RIBS is a privately owned purpose built factory producing in excess of 80 tonnes of pork rib products per week. The company can provide raw pork rib rack and sliced ribs "ready to marinade and cook" cut to agreed customer specification. Products range from top of range ribs containing no soft bone to value cut ribs from the base area of the rib sheet. We deal only in Pork Ribs so we can advise and create a material to your exact QUALITY and COST requirements.

The company produces rib products throughout the year and by means of a "state of the art" tempering facility can supply competitively priced product without the effects of seasonal demand during the summer period.

REAL RIBS also supplies FULLY COOKED marinated pork rib racks and IQF sliced pork ribs for the retail and food service trades. The ribs are marinated to give a flavour that penetrates into the meat then slowly cooked in our specialised steam ovens system which results in a very tender, succulent, off the bone eat with a juicy texture. We can then apply one of our tasty sauce coatings or leave the cooked rib uncoated (dry cook) so the customer can apply their own marinade or dip sauce.

REAL RIBS operates a fully integrated Pork Rib Butchery and Cutting Operation that offers FULL TRACEABILITY SYSTEM back to abattoir and farm. All our pork originates from welfare friendly farms controlling the feed, husbandry and medical care of the pig.
